Board of Supervisiors Meeting
Tuesday December 29, 2009

The Board of Supervisors met in Session on the above date with the following members present: Condon, Dencklau, Motl, Singer and Peterson.   Absent:  None.

Moved by Dencklau, seconded by Motl to approve minutes of the December 22, 2009 regular meeting.   Motion carried unanimously.

Moved by Motl, seconded by Singer to receive and place on file Drainage Repairs for D.D.#190.  Motion carried unanimously.

Moved by Singer, seconded by Peterson to approve termination of Sarah Hammer, Part-time Jailer, effective December 18, 2009; and approve employment of Sara Brandel, Part-time Jailer at the rate of $12.95, effective December 21, 2009.  Ayes:  Dencklau, Singer, Peterson and Condon. Nays: Motl. Motion carried.

Moved by Peterson, seconded by Dencklau to accept resignation of David James, Assistant County Attorney, effective immediately.  Motion carried unanimously.

Moved by Dencklau, seconded by Motl to approve and authorize Chair to sign Department of Human Services Bureau of Collections’ Confidentiality Statement.  (Copy on file in Auditor’s office).  Motion carried unanimously.

Moved by Motl, seconded by Singer to receive and place on file Manure Management Plan Update for Scott Bergquist in Section 23 and 24, Hardin Township. (Copy on file in Auditor’s office).  Motion carried unanimously.

The Board discussed amending 28E Agreements with Callender, Clare, Duncombe, Farnhamville, Harcourt, Lehigh, Moorland and Vincent regarding maintenance of Farm to Market Extensions by changing the amount of road use tax reimbursement.  Board deferred action until January 5, 2010.

Moved by Singer, seconded by Peterson to adopt the following resolution:
